Growing SAAS Trucking Management Software company seeking Account Manager

We are growing and need an experienced Account Manager who has worked in a SAAS software company to join our team
- English Speaking
- Able to work from home, self-manage, and work with our team.
- Able to be proactive in reaching our clients to ensure everything is going well.
- Responsible for all customer orders to ensure that clients are happy and maximizing the system.
- Strong commitment to customer service and able to ask probing questions.
- Solve issues and communicate with clients until the issue is resolved.
- Enlist help from Sales manager or Support manager to get issues solved.
- Be able to answer user-type questions and overcome user fears.
- A high degree of responsibility, strategy execution and professional conduct is required,
- Prioritization skills must be impeccable.
- Ability to upsell services if needed.
- Provide frequent updates to the Sales manager.
- Technology savvy with strong understanding/experience with Microsoft Office, ZOOM, LOOM
- Positive attitude, courteous and friendly
- University Degree or College Diploma preferred.

Ideally, 3-5 years of sales or account management experience, logistics experience and asset.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets. This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolve any customer issues
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in account management

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in account management or sales role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and developing business strategies
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and align them with our offerings
- Leadership skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
