Too often, sales executives and account managers are hired and not provided with the tools to be successful. This program, proven based on the large number of high-performing sellers currently operating in the market, exposes young executives to a step-by-step education on client management, inside sales, media, data, and advertising. This is a unique opportunity to learn from the best and fast-track your career in data and advertising and evolve to a more senior position in Account Management or Sales.
- The Reklaim Accelerated Sales Program consists of three stages: _

**Stage One**: Account / Client Management (1 month)
- What you will be responsible for in the first month of Account Management: _

Pre-Sales:

- Working on RFPs, building client-facing decks, and supporting all client needs and communications.
- Compiling and managing lists of existing customers, qualify, and ID opportunities.
- Keeping the sales pipeline current in Salesforce and communicating sales progress to management.

Account Management:

- Maintaining and cultivating day-to-day relationships with agency clients, brands, and vendors.
- Communicating with the sales reps, development, data, product teams, and clients to ensure that campaign goals are understood, including campaign KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Identifying opportunities and delivering strategic recommendations to ensure continued campaign growth and relationship development to drive client retention and revenue.
- Developing, optimizing, and managing the sales funnel.
- Introducing new ideas and process improvements to our internal teams based on client feedback.
- Platform training will include; Asana, Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira._

**Stage Two**: Inside Sales
- Platform training will include; Salesforce, SellerCrowd, and LinkedIn Navigator._

**Stage Three**: Account Executive

After stages one and two, you will be promoted to Account Executive, where you will work alongside an existing seller generating and managing your own list of clients.

In this stage, you will act as your Account Manager, Inside Seller, and Account Executive. You will use the tactics from stages #1 and #2 and look to generate your own leads while perfecting your sales pitch with the CEO. After this month, you will pitch the company and its products to the company and answer questions and rebuttals.

**Stage Four**:Integration Level 1

In stage four, you are beginning to operate independently while streamlining your focus to that which is most appealing to you by dropping the one vertical (inside sales, account management, or AE) that appeals the least to you.

**Stage 5**: Full Integration

In this final stage, you will drop the remaining vertical to choose which you would like to focus on. You will be an FT Account Manager, an FT Inside Seller, or an FT Account Executive. As one final step - you will inherit a new entrant to the Reklaim SAP program and help them train in the same way you did.

- Excellent time management and ability to craft articulate, aesthetically pleasing client decks, reports, and presentations.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to act effectively with only high-level direction.
- A passion for data, media, and the world of privacy
- Strong communication skills - both written and oral, as you will be communicating with DSP and DMP partners, clients, and internal teams
- Previous experience in media or sales is not required but is a bonus.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
