**Position Overview**: The CEO of the Immigration Company will lead the organization with a dual focus on strategic vision and fundraising. This role is responsible for driving business growth, overseeing operations, and spearheading efforts to raise capital to support company initiatives and expand services.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Strategic Leadership**:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and goals.
- Ensure alignment of business operations with the mission and values of the organization.
- **Fundraising Strategy**:
- Create and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure capital, aiming to raise $40 million+.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, philanthropic organizations, and other funding sources.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and partners in the immigration sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Oversee the development of marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
- **Financial Oversight**:
- Manage the organization’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure transparency and accountability in financial operations.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Develop risk management strategies to protect the company’s assets and reputation.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: 7-10 years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a strong background in fundraising and capital generation.
- **Skills**:
- Proven track record of successfully raising significant capital.
- Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and business development.
