**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Leadership**:Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive national and international expansion, positioning Brodflour as a leader in providing healthy freshly baked goods, stone milled flour and premium coffee.
- **Retail & Wholesale **Expansion: Lead the long-term vision for the expansion of strategic retail outlets across Canada and other countries in the world, while also driving the growth of the wholesale business, focusing on the distribution of stone-milled flour and baked products to both consumer and commercial clients.
- **Product Innovation & Development**:Ensure that Brodflour maintains its competitive edge by overseeing product innovation, aligned with market trends and customer preferences. Expand product lines to cater to health-conscious consumers, leveraging expertise in premium artisanal food products.
- **Mergers & Acquisitions**:Spearhead strategic mergers and acquisitions to support growth, both within Canada and in new international markets.
- **Operational Excellence**:Manage the entire value chain, from sourcing heritage grain to overseeing in-house stone milling, baking production food creation and distribution. Ensure operational efficiency, product quality and sustainability are maintained across all facets of the business, especially during expansion**.**:

- **Financial Growth**:Drive aggressive revenue and profitability targets. Implement cost-optimization strategies while balancing the demands of expanding into new markets.
- **Brand Building & Marketing**:Enhance Brodflour’s brand identity as the leader in healthy, stone-milled flour and artisanal baked goods. Oversee marketing strategies that establish a strong retail and wholesale presence, both domestically and internationally.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Mentor and develop talent across the organization.
- **Regulatory & Compliance Leadership**:Ensure that all production, safety, and distribution regulations are met.
- **Operational & Team Management**:Strong background in overseeing end-to-end operations, including supply chain management, in-house production, and product distribution. Expertise in managing complex cross functional teams, multiple stakeholders and operational workflows in fast-growing businesses.
- **Financial Leadership**:Demonstrated success in managing diverse businesses with overall revenues exceeding CAD 100 million, with a focus on cost control, profitability, and sustainable growth. Proven ability to create systems and processes in order to balance financial targets with strategic business objectives.

**EDUCATION**:
Bachelor Degree in Commerce or Finance

**EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Chief Executive Officer capacity within the wholesale trade, retail trade and food service industry;
- Demonstrated visionary leadership with a strong track record of inspiring cross functional teams and driving growth in competitive industries;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on expansion, product innovation, and market leadership;
- Knowledge of healthy, artisanal food products, combined with a commitment to sustainability and quality;
- Exceptional business acumen, with strong analytical, strategic, and financial management skills;
- Experience with international sourcing and supply chains; and
- Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory and stakeholder environments and establish strong relationships.

Pay: $200,000.00-$300,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
