The Administrative Coordinator serves as a resource for Faculty of Health Sciences researchers at the Burnaby campus, by providing administrative support and advice on spending restrictions, consultation on policies for University and external funding agencies and foundations for research, endowment and specific purpose funds. The Administrative Coordinator provides financial and administrative support to the Manager, Budgets and Financial Analysis and the Director, Administration & Strategic Planning for special projects within the Dean's Office.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline, and three years of related experience which includes experience in financial administration, research grant financial administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting, purchasing, and grant management.
- Good knowledge of Canadian granting agency regulations.
- Good working knowledge of the University's general and administrative policies, procedures, and processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical reasoning and problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills.
