**The role we are offering you**:
By joining our team as the Customer Success Manager, you will have the opportunity to help expanding the footprint of our digital solution
with our worldwide customers while influencing the roadmaps of our products. The role could be based in Montreal or in a different location.
**Are you ready to**:
- Manage projects for the implementation of CAE digital solution.
- Act as a prime point of contact for digital products with the CAE regional leads and customers
- Drive the adoption strategy of the digital solution with our customers and training centers, including conducting demonstrations, training, feedback sessions,
- Influence the products roadmaps of CAE digital accelerator by gathering regional insights, needs and impact on business
- Support the product approach of CAE digital solution
- Partner with key stakeholders including regional leadership, Digital Accelerator, Sales and Customer Success teams
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration, software engineering or relevant work experience
- Project management experience. PMP certification an asset
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, ideally with an already established network
- Demonstrated ability to work in a changing environment with multiple tasks and partners at all levels of the organization
