**This position is remunerated on the basis of a draw against commission with guaranteed earnings for a few months while a client list gets built. Earning potential is based on individual's drive for success and ability to make sales**

**Account Manager (Full Time) - Eastern Ontario (Ottawa)**

**THE CREATION **- What you’ll do (includes but not limited to)
- Recruit and retain new business based on the individual needs of clients.
- Carry an impeccable track record of sales success in developing multi-media marketing solutions to clients.
- Set Radio and Digital Strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
- Provide superior customer service through building and managing customer relationships.
- Report on digital campaign performance metrics
- Stay up to date with digital technology trends.
- Demonstrate creativity in generating customized media campaigns through professional sales presentations.
- Create and follow through with business plans and revenue pacing
- Work with sales co-ordinators, accounting, traffic, creative, promotions departments and external partners to maximize client campaigns.

- Post-secondary education degree/diploma in Business/Marketing
- Proven experience as an Account Manager
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with good analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Problem-solver and results driven
- Previous multi-media sales is a desired asset

**Salary**: From $31,200.00 per year
