**Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Answer phone calls and manage phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency.
**Skills**
- Proficient in clerical tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with Motor Vehicle Accident Patient's receptionist duties or Physiotherapy office environments is a plus.
- Experienced in Antibex Universal Clinic Management Software
- Strong typing skills with the ability to produce documents quickly and accurately.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective customer support.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic work setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L4Z 3P8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Antibex Universal: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
