Alliston, Canada Laker Property Management Ltd. Full time

Report to the Senior Property Manager

Clerical duties (i.e. minute taking, scanning, filing, photocopying)

Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

Assist in overall office calendar, scheduling and priorities

Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries as required

Liaise with home owners and Board of Directors

Communicate with onsite staff at properties

Provide information on condominium facilities and services

Investigate and resolve concerns and complaints

Follow emergency and safety procedures

Maintain and prepare reports, updated data bases and software

Adhere to client service level expectations

Sort, process and verify paperwork, invoices and other documents

Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically

Preparation of A/R and A/P to be sent to the accounting department

Send and receive messages using various forms of communication

Provide general information to home owners and the public

Order supplies and maintain inventory

Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

Co-ordinate work orders

Work closely with the accounting department and auditors

Must be detailed oriented

Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

Must be able to work with mínimal supervision

Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Package

Previous Property Management in the Condominium Industry is an asset

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alliston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: One location
