**Facilities Coordinator**
Reporting to the Team Lead, Facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating and providing timely execution of maintenance, improvement projects, and repair for all 180+ office locations within the organization.
**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Complete requests/tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”) and processes.
- Advise on Project Management Office and Facilities led projects
- Coordinate and complete Security and Occupational Health and Safety (“OH&S”) related requests/tickets
- Liaise between the business and the landlord/property management and determining the required actions
- Coordinate and execute furniture installation, reconfiguration or replacement
- Interpret complaints and escalate as necessary, including landlord/property management and quality-of-service concerns
- Coordinate and assist in OH&S investigations, inspections, assessments and fire drills
- Coordinate and execute different vendors for scheduled and emergency maintenance and upkeep including landscaping /grounds, snow removal, cleaning, furniture, HVAC and Life Safety maintenance
- Assist in annual planning activities including facility maintenance budget(s) and developing repair and maintenance schedules, cost estimations and rationale for expenditures, and annual maintenance activity recommendations
- Maintain all relevant documentation (e.g., annual facility inspection reports, equipment data, project files, etc.) is captured
**The value you bring**
- 3-5 years experience in facilities administration or providing facilities-focused administrative coordination
- Post Secondary education and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Designation from a recognized Facility Management Association an asset
- Previous Insurance industry experience an asset
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hrs per week
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Compensation Range: $42,000 - $62,000
