L’adjoint aux ventes doit rendre compte au VP des ventes.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**
- v Aider dans la gestion du portefeuille de l’entreprise, ce qui implique d’entretenir de solides relations d’affaires avec les clients actuels;
- v Aider à établir des stratégies de ventes cohérentes avec votre analyse des comptes majeurs;
- v Établir des stratégies de ventes cohérentes avec votre analyse des comptes majeurs;
- v Demeurer à l’affût des opportunités de ventes et des innovations, tant au niveau des produits que du commerce électronique (ECommerce);
- v Réaliser des prévisions budgétaires trimestrielles et annuelles (tableaux Excel dynamiques), puis les présenter aux personnes concernées;
- Offrir du soutien à l’équipe des ventes, au besoin;
- Participer à des réunions avec la direction et l’équipe des ventes;
- Créer les rapports de ventes pour chaque client, pour chaque canal de ventes.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES**
- Formation en vente (une formation en marketing serait un atout);
- Fortes habiletés de communication et de négociation;
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (particulièrement Excel et PowerPoint);
- Esprit créatif et innovant;
- Excellente écoute et compréhension de la personne sous plusieurs angles;
- Faire preuve de sens politique et de persévérance;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression;
- Anglais fonctionnel (parlé et écrit).

The mandate of the company sales assistant is to participate in strategic and functional decisions and supports the sales department in aspects of its functions related to either medical or recreational sales, responsible for carrying out administrative support tasks.

ACCOUNTABILITY

The Sales Assistant must report to the VP of Sales.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in the management of the company's portfolio, which involves maintaining strong business relationships with current clients;
- Help establish sales strategies consistent with your analysis of major accounts;

- Stay on the lookout for sales opportunities and innovations, both in terms of products and electronic commerce (ECommerce);
- Produce quarterly and annual budget forecasts (dynamic Excel tables), then present them to the people concerned;
- Provide support to the sales team, as needed;
- Participate in meetings with management and the sales team;
- Create sales reports for each customer, for each sales channel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales training (marketing training would be an asset);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Mastery of the MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint);
- Creative and innovative spirit;
- Excellent listening and understanding of the person from several angles;
- Demonstrate political sense and perseverance;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Functional English (spoken and written).

**Salary**: From $416,000.00 per year
