**SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR - FULL TIME**

Under the authority of the Quebec Regional Sales Director and the Senior Marketing Director, the position assists the sales and marketing team. She or he provides day-to-day support functions in administrative support activities, but not limited to

**SALES**
- Support sales field representatives with new listings, price change form, product image, UPC codes, sample requests.
- Complete Quebec banner forms for price changes, new listings, promotional confirmations & proposals.
- Manage and update banner promotional calendar.
- Communicate upcoming promotional activities to sales team.
- Update and maintain internal banner listing documents including price changes and new listings.
- Periodically prepare sales reports
- Coordinate and track special sales bookings (seasonal bookings/new product bookings/etc.)

**MARKETING**
- Help Manage website & Social Media accounts (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn)
- Help maintain Aurora sales catalogue up to date.
- Create sales tools (sell sheet, newsletter/etc.)
- Assist Marketing team with translation of various marketing materials (sell sheets/booking forms/etc.)
- Support Marketing team with product label changes, product rebranding (making sure proper French/English terms are used)
- Updating and maintaining the product image bank

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in French and English (Italian would be an asset)

**REQUIREMENTS**
- College diploma in Sales, Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role preferably.
- Previous experience in the CPG and food industry is an asset.
- Bilingual French and English written and spoken (Italian asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Power Point)
- Canva (asset)

**COORDONNATEUR (TRICE) AUX VENTES ET MARKETING - TEMPS PLEIN**

Sous l’autorité du Directeur des ventes régional du Québec et de la Directrice Marketing Senior, la ou le titulaire du poste assiste l’équipe de ventes et de marketing. Elle ou il assure les fonctions de support dans des activités de soutien administratif, mais sans s’y limiter:
**VENTES**
- Assister les représentants dans les demandes de nouveaux produits, formulaires de changement de prix, image de produit, code UPC, échantillons, etc.
- Compléter les formulaires de bannière du Québec pour les changements de prix, les nouveaux produits, les confirmations promotionnelles et les propositions.
- Gérer et mettre à jour le calendrier promotionnel des bannières.
- Communiquer les activités promotionnelles à l'équipe de vente.
- Gérer toutes les demandes de renseignements des clients reçues par courriel ou via le site web (plaintes, informations sur les produits, demandes d'échantillons, etc.).
- Répondre aux nouvelles demandes de renseignements de clients (envoi de formulaires de demande de crédit, listes de prix, catalogues, etc.).
- Préparer périodiquement les rapports de ventes
- Suivi des programmes saisonniers.
- Autres tâches connexes

**MARKETING**
- Maintenir à jour le site web et différents réseaux sociaux associés à l’entreprise (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn).
- Mise à jour du catalogue des ventes.
- Concevoir et développer des outils de ventes (fiches produits, infolettre, etc.).
- Assister l'équipe marketing dans la traduction de divers documents (fiche produits, présentation clients, etc.).
- Assister l'équipe marketing de la conformité des règles d’étiquetage.
- Mise à jour et maintenir la banque d’images de produits
