**Position Summary**

The duties and accountabilities include but not limited to:
**Duties and Accountabilities**
- Manage the Incident through to completion. Engage various IT teams in resolving incidents efficiently and effectively.
- Perform effective problem management on recurring incidents. Lead and manage problems throughout the lifecycle.
- Ensure problem resolutions are released in production on-time and with high quality.
- Ensure all changes to the Production Environment follow the TD Securities Change management process.
- Ensure change activities are performed on time, minimizing risk to the service/business environment
- Proactively review IT environment to ensure that steps are taken to support new IT related regulations and address gaps in the procedure
- Perform scheduled activities such as DR testing, user attestations, remediation of control audit, etc.
- Update knowledge based articles on timely manner and conduct trainings across regions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Client(s), Relationship Managers and Project Managers.
- Work effectively as a team, supporting other team members in achieving project/ business objectives and providing client services.
- Support a positive work environment that promotes customer service, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.

**Requirement**
- Degree in Engineering or Comp Science preferred or relevant industry experience
- Overall at least 5 years of prior experience as IT Support Analyst or having a development background in Investment banking industry.
- Experience in Banking Operations technologies such as Trading, Payments, Reconciliation, Settlements and Confirmations. Familiar with GTExchange, Accurate Fiserv, Kofax Optitrade or similar products is an advantage.
- Experience in scripting, automation and process improvement.
- Experience in Unix, Linux, AIX, Windows platforms.
- Experience in writing SQL (data retrieval/update/inserts) on DB2 / Oracle / MS SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of ITIL Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
- Good understanding of Cloud environment
- Very good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of financial securities.
