Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Set up shipments to leave facility with necessary paperwork.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist in managing the front desk activities.
- Utilize sage accounting system
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide general administrative support.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
