**Role**
- Keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently.

**General Duties**
- Manages incoming phone traffic, distributing calls to appropriate parties.
- Sorts and distributes inbound hard copy mail and couriered items.
- Files electronic and hard copy non-project documents.
- Monitors and replenishes office and kitchen supplies.
- Monitors and replenishes approved promotional items.
- Liaises with assigned vendors to schedule deliveries and services.
- Administers keys and fobs for the building and non-factory vehicles.
- Runs periodic banking, post office, courier or office supply errands.
- Types correspondence and other documents as required.
- Orders meals for visitors and special events as instructed.
- Books car rentals, flights, hotels and trade shows as instructed.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

**Accounting Duties**
- Performs A/R and A/P duties per Company policies.
- Performs Purchase Orders and Job Costing duties per Company policies and procedures.
- Duties include correspondence and amicable telephone follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of’ experience as an administrative assistant.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks Pro.
- Cordial, positive, diligent, punctual, and well-organized.
- Good command of standard spoken and written English.
- High school diploma (College Diploma an asset).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
