## Overview
# Duties
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
- manage office supplies and ensure customer areas are tidy.
- prepare agreements and other documents, templates will be provided.
- arrange meeting and assist the company president.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, such as invoices.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment bills
- order office suplies
- minor data entry and bookkeeping
# Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.59-$28.92 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
