**Purpose**:
As an Executive & Governance Assistant in International Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our Governance and providing essential support to our leadership team. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, with a focus on efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism. **Accountabilities**:

- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including the handling of sensitive information, managing their calendars, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel for executives, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Document Management: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines. Prepare, edit and distribute minutes of meetings for IWM Governance meetings.
- Calendar Management: Proactively manage executive and IWM Governance calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments to maximize productivity.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing employee and client events, conferences, and seminars, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Expense Management: Process and track expense reports, ensuring timely reimbursement and compliance with company policies.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, including client data and company records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the support team to ensure the overall efficiency of the office.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in English & Spanish required.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to represent the company to clients and partners.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Knowledge of financial terminology and concepts is a plus but not required
