Executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the executive's schedule and calendar.
- Schedule meetings with executive's staff and clients.
- Take notes at meetings.
- Prepare expense reports for billing to clients and the company.
- Monitor opportunities with executive's clients.
- Have knowledge of company governance policies.
- Assist the executive with strategic planning and decision making.
- Perform secretarial duties for the executive.
