**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the dental office, including scheduling patient appointments, managing patient flow, and coordinating treatment plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding clinical inquiries, appointment scheduling, and treatment coordination.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to optimize patient care and streamline clinical workflows.
- Coordinate with external laboratories and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of dental materials and lab work.
- Monitor inventory levels of clinical supplies and equipment, and reorder as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the dental office as needed, including answering phones, greeting patients, and handling financial transactions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Abeldent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
