Vaughan, Canada Mircom Technologies Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manually enter sales orders
- Manually create projects in the system in a timely manner
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) for inventory and non inventory stock for sub-contractors and upon job completion close PO for billing
- Keep the project organized, while correctly maintaining all information and documentation
- Ensure on time project billing and overview project cost spend and customer billing
- Track and monitor budgeted labor hours
- Resolve issues arising from actions or events involving administrative functions, including Accounts Receivable
- Create credit notes as required
- Meet monthly billing targets and deadlines given by Billing Manager
- Produce various ad hoc reports and metrics as required
- Update Billing Manager regarding any inconsistencies or challenges
- Assist Billing Manager with other duties as required

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong work-ethic; must be able to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines
- Minimum 3 + years of billing experience
- Proven ability to prioritize and plan
- Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and problem solving
- Detail oriented with an accounting background
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Post-secondary education from an accredited university or college in accounting or finance
