**About this role**

**Fireye** is looking for a **Key Account Manager** to join our growing **Fireye Sales Team** to work remotely from anywhere in Eastern Canada and is willing to travel 50% - 70% of the time in this area.

The **Key Account Manager** will be responsible for developing our Eastern Canada Market Fireye channel within the **Industrial and Commercial Fire Combustion** product offerings, also responsible for reporting and strategizing all sales activities to the Senior District Manager and Regional Director.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Key Account development and account management focusing on outside sales
- Ensure high levels of sales activity with end users, contractors, and consultants working within the commercial and industrial fire combustion market
- Communicate across a level of commercial tiers on sales and related projects
- Calculate and analyze energy and lifecycles to support sales and specification of Fireye solutions
- Sales and project pipeline management with regular follow-up with contractors and OEMs
- Proactive approach to the market of commercial and industrial fire combustion products

**Basic Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of Key Account experience and/or strong network management skills
- 3+ years of experience in Industrial/Commercial Fire Combustion sales or technician space
- Able to travel 50% to 70% of the time in Eastern Canada

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior knowledge in the Industrial/Commercial Fire Combustion sales or technician space
- Ability to communicate across a level of commercial tiers
- Reside close to a major airport in Eastern Canada
- Challenger mindset
- Sales hunting mentality
- Management and updating of the sales pipeline
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar tools and other digital tools suitable for sales i.e., LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, Excel, & PowerPoint
