Account Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong market knowledge, sales skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
**Duties**:
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide regular updates and reports on account status and progress
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or sales role
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on findings
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
