TradeSpace is Canada's 1st co-warehousing community, offering on-demand warehouse, office space, and fulfillment services to over 150 businesses across various industries, including construction, light manufacturing, and e-commerce. **What Your Day Looks Like**:
- You arrive 15 minutes before the center opens to ensure meeting rooms and common areas are ready for members. You check and refill the coffee machine, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- As members arrive, you strive to remember their names and businesses, assisting with various requests such as checking for shipments, helping with WiFi connections, and booking meeting rooms.
- In the early afternoon, you collaborate with the Operations Manager to plan next week's community event, including writing invitations, creating and distributing posters, and coordinating logistics with the warehouse team.
- As the day winds down, you conduct a walkthrough of the warehouse to ensure safety and member satisfaction. You close blinds, check equipment like coffee machines, and run the dishwasher to prepare for the end of the day.
**What You Bring to the Team**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in customer service or community engagement preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus

Pay: $37,440.00-$45,000.00 per year
