As the first point of contact for new and potential members, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging environment.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Community Assistant, you'll:

- Serve as the bridge between members, ensuring seamless connections
- Maintain organized records for courier parcels and pickups
- Optimize supply usage to minimize waste
- Address member inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Plan and execute engaging community activities and programs
- Lead informative guided tours for potential members

**Qualifications**:
To succeed, you should have:

- A diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Customer service or hospitality experience (an asset)
- 1 year of sales experience (an asset)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service (retail, hospitality, food and beverage)
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Ability to lift a 5 kg (11 lbs) box

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
