ADP is hiring an experienced Human Resources Business Advisor to support our HR Outsourcing business. In this position, you will help our Comprehensive Service clients leverage ADP's exceptional business solutions so they can focus on what matters most to them - growing their business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilizing a proactive, consultative approach, receives and responds to external client inquiries, ranging in complexity and scope, by educating clients on human resources tools, information, and best practices regarding: federal, provincial and territorial, compliance requirements, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, staffing, performance management, termination of employment, rewards and recognition, occupational safety and health, leaves of absence and other HR related topics.
- Leverages every client touchpoint as an opportunity to create value for the client by not just providing HR best practice information but also identifying and sharing information on HR Solutions products, features and capabilities that can help to address the clients' immediate HR needs as well as strategically support long terms needs. Effectively executes inbound and outbound client communications, with quality, in accordance with standard ADP strategies and protocols.
- Participates in training and reviews documentation to keep current on HR related topics, and system and product enhancements and changes.
- Participates in assigned HR projects to increase HR knowledge and experience including but not limited to HR content creation, in depth HR research, and development of HR training.
- Working with clients, Relationship Managers and associates as an advisor in writing and presenting information briefings to associates and leaders on a range of HR related topics ranging from workplace relations and performance management to providing advice on policies, procedures, legislation and enterprise agreements.
- Conducts/facilitates training with Relationship Managers and associates on HR topics such as Engagement (including Standout an employee engagement tool) and other key HR processes to clients.
- Researches information from multiple resources to provide best practice knowledge to external and internal clients. External clients range in size, employees, and span a wide variety of industries and levels of HR experience.
- Maintains appropriate records of client contact through the CRM (i.e. Siebel) ensuring that case notes are professionally written and that they thoroughly and accurately detail the problem and the proposed resolution.
- Continually upgrade knowledge and skill base relating to new product roll outs, existing products, statutory/legislative changes and human resources trends.
- Adheres to internal policies and procedures in an effort to minimize risk and liability to ADP. Must be able to transition between a wide variety of HR competencies quickly and proficiently.
- Keeps up-to-date and proficient on a wide variety of employment laws and regulations at both the provincial and federal levels.
- Maintains the service organization's standards that are set by regional and corporate management regarding call and case handling (i.e. Adherence, Call Strategy, Case Activity, etc.)
- Participates in ADP client retention efforts, including helping to identify clients-at-risk.
- Recommends software enhancements or product features and identifies client training opportunities if applicable.
- Provides feedback and suggestions on products, issues, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement.
- May participate in developing documentation (i.e., Solutions, KnowledgeBase) and/or participate in User Group Meetings.
- May be requested to support other teams within ADP's HR Centre for Excellence
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills, Academic:
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3- 5 years' experience in Human Resources
- ADP Product knowledge in WorkforceNow (WFN) is an asset
- Advanced Internet and MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) required
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes
- Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to adapt to meet business requirements

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in HR experience
- HR Designation is an asset
