**About the role**

Our Operational Performance Contact CL Deployment team is seeking a **Business Advisor II **to join our team. This opportunity will be made available for all Canadian office locations and will require attending in office 2 days a week.

**What you’ll do here**:

- Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost. Implements quality assurance and compliance processes.
- Conducts cost-benefit analysis to determine business requirements and participates in implementing changes. Proposes and identifies new methods to track and report on various metrics and results.
- Develops documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc.
- Provides guidance and facilitates the implementation of the change management strategy, including support for the development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures. Provides coaching and guidance to the project team.
- Works with national business stakeholders to analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements (regarding high complexity matters).

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any combination of equivalent education and experience
- 3-5 years experience in Underwriting, preference for Commercial Lines
- Prior Experience with change management or process improvements
- Ability and interest in both strategic thinking and execution of deliverables
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and comfortable presenting findings and insights to VPs and Upper Management
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Excellent team player and initiative
- Availability to travel occasionally
- Facilitation skills
