Overview of duties & responsibilities:
➔ Contribute to the identification of communications needs and policies in conjunction with senior management and ensure their successful implementation;
➔ Support the development of an overall vision for the organization's communication strategy;
➔ Lead the management and deployment of the communication plan based on the strategic
orientations;
➔ Coordinate all of CAMI communications and public relations activities with all of its target
audiences;
➔ Develop, write and/or monitors official and promotional materials, such as the CAMI newsletter,
press releases, promotional materials, speeches;
➔ Plan and coordinate certain projects, activities and events, from small to large scale, within the
framework of the CAMI action plan;
➔ Advise, support and cooperate with local & regional community organizations;
➔ Develop cultural and tourism programming in collaboration with local and provincial partners;
➔ Coordinate the production of printed and digital communication tools and the resulting content;
➔ Oversee the writing and revision of CAMI texts and documents;
➔ Act as a communications resource person for external and internal stakeholders related to the
organization's programs, events and activities;
➔ Act as community manager, social media manager and webmaster for the CAMI websites;
➔ Proactively collaborate in the development of projects conducted within the team;
➔ Carry out all other related tasks;
Profile required:
➔ College DEC or undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline: communications, public relations, marketing communications, etc. or equivalent demonstrated experience;
➔ 3 years of experience in communications and any other relevant experience;
➔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
➔ Excellent writing skills in English;
➔ Strong knowledge and operational skills in integrating content on the web and social media
(Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram);
➔ Knowledge of Google & Office Suites, Canva, WordPress and MailChimp;
➔ Ability to define and manage priorities;
➔ Autonomy and initiative;
➔ Ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders;
➔ Very good organizational skills;
➔ Experience in event management an asset;
➔ Extremely fluent in French
➔ Demonstrated knowledge, experience and interest in the community and tourism sector would
be an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.77-$30.96 per hour
