As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and skilled Office Manager to join our team.

Overall responsibilities with this position will include:

- Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions using QuickBooks Online Software which includes: A/R, A/P, Payroll etc
- Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
- Assist in company strategy, direction and implementation
- Cash flow planning & company performance measures
- Participate in key decisions with management team to facilitate growth and day-to-day operations
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, legal and insurance standards
- Human resource administration
- Developing and retaining skilled administration staff as required

Here are the minimum qualifications required for this position:

- 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Self starter and motivated
