Reporting to the Transportation Manager, the Logistics Coordinator-Transport is responsible to provide end to end successful pick-up and delivery of each shipment.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with the Provinces, Licensed Producers, Metro Cross dock operations and Transportation Service Providers.
- Acts as a first point of contact for the customer and responds to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Schedules outbound and inbound carrier appointments by selecting the most service appropriate cost and time efficient mode.
- Receives and process customer orders.
- Perform additional duties assigned by leadership.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Completion of secondary school diploma preferred or the equivalent in combination of education and experience.
- College diploma in administrative studies is an asset.
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience working in a similar role.
