**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Concurrent Disorders (CD) Supervisor you will collaborate with the program and departmental leadership team to ensure we provide the best care possible. The CD Program provides assessment, support planning, individual/group counselling, outreach, referrals to Day and Bed Based Treatment and continuing care services to individuals experiencing substance use or a concurrent disorder.

As the CD Supervisor, you would:

- Provide staff with administrative and clinical supervision
- Develop and evaluate program activities
- Facilitate and/or participate in department case management meetings
- Monitor referral and intake activities
- Provide direct client service consisting of intake, assessment, and treatment including individual and/or group counselling.
- Participate in Agency recruiting process, including interviewing and initial training
- Liaise and collaborate with direct community partners
- Monitor data quality and support program improvement

Hours of work: Monday-Friday, primarily days with one evening shift until 8 p.m.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Annual starting salary is $59,066

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Have a college diploma in the Human/Social Services field, with a University Degree in a related Social Sciences preferred
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in a related field
- Be currently registered and in good standing with a professional regulatory body such as OCSWSSW or CRPO
- Meet the requirement to provide clinical supervision to staff (OCSWSSW or CRPO)
- Have current and demonstrated knowledge and experience with treatment practices and principles as they relate to working with individual with mental illness, substance use and/or homelessness issues
- Be proficient in MS Office and be familiar with databases
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Have mediation/conflict resolution/leadership skills
- Be able to manage occasional exposure to vicarious trauma
