**You as a Health & Safety Administrator will**:

- Be responsible for safety orientation, job site inspections, onsite first aid assessment/treatment and accident/injury reports
- Provide administrative support to the HSE Director
- Support HSE Management System with records/documents including but not limited to, COR Audits, training, policy/program revisions.
- Development and distribution of bulletins, guides, and alerts for HSE programs and notices.
- Provide administrative support to the Provincial Joint Health & Safety Committee.
- Compile and report on HSE statistics monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Organizing and registering HSE related training for area employees.
- Inventory management for HSE supplies issued from area office.
- Supporting the Field HSE Coordinators administratively as well as performing additional general administrative duties (data entry, filing, etc.)
- Supporting People & Culture with new hire onboarding as needed.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- Extremely proficient administrative skills, with a high degree of quality in regard to; attention to detail, organization and time management skills
- 3 - 5 years’ experience working as a Health and Safety Administrator, within the construction industry. NCSO designation would be an asset.
- Experience with the Certificate of Recognition program (COR) would be an asset.
- Proficiency with Occupational First Aid (OFA L2 or higher) would be an asset.
- Proficient and competent in the operation of Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have a minimum of 3-5 safety experience on Institutional, Commercial and Residential Construction Projects
- You hold at minimum, a valid OFA L2 certificate (with Transportation Endorsement)
- National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certificate is an asset
- Construction Safety Coordinator Gold Seal Certification or CRSP Designation would be considered an asset
- Experience in the Certificate of Recognition (COR) program would be considered an asset
- You have the ability to delegate and influence others to follow safety rules and regulations
