**What You'll Do**:

- Much of the content (professional photography) for social media posts is already provided by us_
- Execute creative social media strategies across mainly Instagram and Facebook
- Utilize our professional photography provided to create engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels, posts) that reflects the energy and spirit of the running community
- Engage with our audience, respond to comments/messages, and foster an online running community.
- Collaborate our team for product launches, promotions, and in-store events.
- Track analytics and generate reports to optimize content and growth strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends and running culture to keep our content fresh and relevant.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
- Passion for running and fitness (you speak the language of runners).
- Strong writing skills and a creative mindset.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Basic photography/videography and photo-editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an asset.
