**Purpose**
A training role to learn and demonstrate leadership skills in communication, execution, organization, financial acumen, customer service, product knowledge, and process improvement. The purpose is to serve as support to the print team and management. To provide overall day-to-day customer service support to ensure effective execution of customer requests.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Experience working in the large format printing industry.
- Construction startup/ end of project documentation submittal. COI, WSIB, Form 1000, warranty letters, statutory declarations
- Invoicing, Accounts Receivable and payable
- Document management - converting physical work orders into digital copies.
- Receiving orders and creating work orders for production. Coordinating job details and processes with the print production team to meet deadlines and quality.
- Creating, modifying excel spreadsheets (including google doc)
- Material ordering - submit orders for production based on
- Shipping and receiving - creating packing slips for certain customers.
