**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Project Coordinator to join our team You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by supporting the project managers with a variety of administrative tasks, coordinating logistics and acting as a liaison between different teams to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- This role will be an onsite position working from both our office in Mississauga as well as visiting various onsite locations as required._

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Prepare, administer, and manage project related documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Including but not limited to:

- Legal contract administration
- Project startup documentation & project related correspondence
- Trade subcontracts and purchase orders
- Project drawings & specifications / shop drawings
- Transmittals
- Mock-up requirements
- Site instructions
- Contemplated change notices / orders / directives
- Subcontract Coordination
- Project directory
- Scheduling/progress & reporting
- OAC meeting minutes and distribution
- Supply chain management
- E-compliance project folder & server project folder
- Hardcopy document management and distribution
- Project closeout documentation
- Ensure the project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all project team members
- Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with the project team
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Assist the project managers in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, schedules and scope statements
- Schedule stakeholders meetings
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and directed by management

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to meet and adhere to deadlines and work under strict time constraints
- Ability to manage a change management process - effectively communicate project changes, build commitment and overcomes resistance, prepares and supports those affected by change
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic understanding of MS Project

**PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven ability to understand construction contract terminology
- On-Site Construction experience

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
