**Job status**:Permanent, full-time 1.0 FTE (75 hours bi-weekly)

**Compensation**: $69,082 - $84,708

It is collaborative person & family-centered care delivered using a team-based approach throughout the continuum of care across all ages and stages of illness, including bereavement. **JOB SUMMARY**

The Manager, Finance provides timely, accurate, and relevant financial reports and analyses, plays a key role in leading budgeting and quarterly forecast reviews, leads annual audit, and prepares statutory reports. Monitors cash flow and investments, oversees accounts payable, and supports process improvement and financial systems maintenance in collaboration with the Manager, Financial Systems. The Manager, Finance manages the Officer, Finance, and the Donor Services Team. This role also provides coverage for the Manager, Payroll & Benefits as necessary.
