**Pioneer Vancouver **is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented **Subprime Automotive Finance Manager** to join our dynamic team In this role, you will help facilitate financing for customers with less-than-perfect credit, working to secure the best possible loan options while providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Evaluate Customer Credit**: Assess credit reports and financial situations to determine loan eligibility for subprime customers.
- **Secure Financing**: Work with a variety of lending institutions, including banks, credit unions, and subprime lenders, to secure financing for customers.
- **Negotiate Terms**: Present and explain financing options to customers, including interest rates, terms, down payments, and monthly payments.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with subprime lenders to expand financing options for customers.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all finance transactions are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as dealership policies and procedures.
- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding service to customers by answering questions, explaining financing terms, and addressing concerns about financing.
- **Coordinate with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth transitions from sales to financing, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- **Manage Paperwork**: Prepare and review all finance documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required paperwork.
- **Post-Sale Support**: Assist with post-sale questions, payment issues, and general customer follow-up as needed.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in automotive finance, with a focus on subprime lending preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of subprime lending programs, credit reporting, and automotive financing.
- **Sales & Negotiation**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to review and process paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and finance tools.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think creatively and offer solutions to customers with unique financing needs.
- **Team Player**: Works effectively in a team environment and collaborates with sales, operations, and management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus).
- **Certifications**: F&I certification or related training is a plus.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with automotive industry regulations and compliance requirements for financing.

**Compensation**:
**Commission** based on finance sales performance.
