Work Location: This position is eligible for hybrid work - this means you’ll have the flexibility of working from home and in office (in Regina), on a scheduled rotation.

As Director, Corporate Auto Fund Partnerships & Training, you will be responsible for leading and directing the development, expansion, execution and management of the partnership and training strategies for all Auto Fund functions (excluding claims) to enhance and contribute to customer and partner experience, traffic safety promotion and efficient operations. You will oversee initiatives from concept through feasibility to execution and measure their overall effectiveness to the organization. This position will take a lead role in enhancing relationships with Auto Fund partners.

Key Accountabilities

Corporate Auto Fund Partnerships- Responsible for developing and implementing, in collaboration with senior leadership, a framework to oversee and manage Auto Fund partnerships (excluding claims partnerships) ensuring alignment with established SGI corporate policies, procedures and strategies.- Leads and conducts research and investigation of new and innovative partnership opportunities that support customer centricity, traffic safety and operational excellence.- Ensures appropriate due diligence on systems, pricing, service, etc. prior to recommending new partnerships for the Auto Fund.- Leads the assessment of business priorities and provides recommendations to Auto Fund Operations and Traffic Safety on Auto Fund partnership opportunities.- Oversees projects where new or expanding partnerships or enhancements have been approved, ensures barriers are removed and communications are effective to enable a successful implementation.- Manages and maintains an inventory of all Auto Fund partnerships, ensuring established partnerships are monitored and managed consistently and in accordance with standards, which includes developing more effective and efficient measurement processes, including accreditation agreements, to ensure partners are capable and deliver a great customer experience.- Oversees negotiation of new and renewing partnership agreements to ensure competitive pricing and detailed and consistent service standards to support customer, traffic safety and operational excellence.- Collaborates with the leadership team and other internal and external partners to implement effective partnership agreements and services.- Leads the completion of Privacy Impact Statements when contemplating new or renewed partnerships.- Coordinates RFP/ACAN process in collaboration with Purchasing, Auto Fund Operations and Traffic Safety.- Liaises with legal to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, when applicable.- Liaises with internal teams and external agencies to ensure legislation and policies are aligned to or revised to enable partnerships.

Relationship Management- Develops, maintains and expands relationships with current and future business partners to ensure opportunities are leveraged.- Partners and collaborates with leadership team and other business partners to solicit and share feedback and to develop strategies and tactics to address concerns to improve overall team effectiveness in support of corporate and divisional strategies.- Resolves escalating and complex business partner and third-party vendor issues to ensure alignment to standards.- Ensures partnership, program and policy execution in accordance with contractual and service guidelines.- Monitors and evaluates the performance and expectations of external partners in accordance with the partner contract.

Corporate Auto Fund Training- Provides strategic oversight to and leads a team engaged in the development, implementation and execution of Auto Fund training and development strategies for internal employees and external partners.- Oversees the prioritization of training programs and related governance frameworks, identifying and addressing training gaps.- Oversees development of Auto Fund training programs and projects, including the delivery and evaluation of technical training, ensuring program effectiveness and continuous improvement.- Collaborates with HR/CTTC and other business areas on the technical learning frameworks and implementation of a training strategy for the Auto Fund.
