GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Note: This section is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities - other duties and responsibilities may be assigned._- Supports business analysis activities for business system or process projects for the Auto Fund division. This includes planning and monitoring; identifying, managing, and communicating requirements; identifying and proposing solutions; and assessing, testing, implementing, and evaluating solutions.- Works with Enterprise Program Management Office on lead projects that impact the Auto Fund division.- Identifies, develops, maintains, and delivers procedures for user training for new business systems.- Monitors, trains, oversees, and delegates work to employees testing business changes.- Provides day-to-day technical and operational support for Auto Fund business systems and processes.- Troubleshoots and resolves business system and process issues and documents issues and fixes.- Liaises and consults with Systems, business areas, and/or vendors on the delivery of business system and process activities (e.g., system maintenance, upgrades, improvements) and to resolve complex issues.- Develops and maintains queries, spreadsheets, and reports with SoapUI, InfoMaker, Putty, WinSCP, and RUMRS to provide test data to internal staff for project testing.- Identifies, researches, analyses, and recommends improvements to business systems and processes.- Provides ongoing support to projects post-implementation, including support for peripherals (e.g., cameras, scanners).
High Performance Team & Culture- Supports a culture of leadership and accountability to effectively meet the key accountabilities within the scope of the role.- Displays leadership by committing to a culture of continuous learning/development of self and supports others by actively sharing knowledge, providing guidance, mentoring, training, and supporting developmental opportunities.- Demonstrates that the Health, Safety and Emergency Management Policy is applied in area of responsibility for self and others.TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS- Knowledge of the Auto Fund division for Drivers and Vehicles.- Knowledge of Driver’s Licence/ID card production.- Knowledge of the functions and operations of all Motor Vehicle departments.- Knowledge of SAM systems, including requirements, navigation, processes, and capabilities.- Knowledge of system testing methods and procedures- Knowledge of the system development life cycle.- Knowledge of project management fundamentals.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS- Two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Business, or defined equivalency.
