General Office Administrator

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with multiple company policies
- work within all companies and assist wherever needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
**Skills**:
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Ability to work in a very fast paced and changing environment
- Ability to supervise and manage teams effectively as well as working independantly
- Experience with Sage 50 or similar accounting software is a plus
- Experience with Excel, word and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of general office procedures
