We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join our dynamic tech team.

This individual will provide key support to our executive team, managing administrative and office duties to ensure our operations run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow

This includes managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

2. Executive Support: Provide high-level assistance to our executive team, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

3. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

This involves handling correspondence, answering calls, and liaising with clients or partners.

4. Financial Management: Assist with budgeting and expense reporting.

This also includes processing invoices and managing financial paperwork.

5. Event Coordination: Organize office events, meetings, and team-building activities

This includes coordinating office lunches and other catering needs.

6. Technology: Utilize a range of software tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

Proven experience in managing complex calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.

Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
