Spiteri & Ursulak LLP is an established full-service law firm located in downtown Ottawa, steps from the Ottawa Court House. With many years of experience and success, our lawyers have developed strong reputations as leaders within the legal community. In addition to our lawyers, we have a dedicated team of support staff that range from licensed paralegals to law clerks.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as appropriate.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary resources.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage office budgets and expenses, and prepare reports as required.
Oversee facilities management, including maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administrative role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Knowledge of Clio & QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
