We are seeking a driven individual to join our dynamic team as an Account Executive, mandated with developing exceptional customer management, contributing to the expansion of our client portfolio, and making a meaningful impact on their success.

**Responsibilities**
- Assess inquiries and provide accurate pricing and options
- Follow up on potential business opportunities through various channels
- Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
- Develop and nurture client base while developing cross/up-sell strategies
- Generate new business opportunities
- Monitor loads and ensure clear communication with customers and carriers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination of customer requests

**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of software navigation
- Experience in front-office client management
- Critical Thinking and real-time decision making
- Ability to travel for business development.
- Motivated and eager to learn.
- Problem solver with a can-do mindset
- Fluent in English and French

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
