**Full Job Description**

You will be joining a new clinic on the 4th floor of Westmount medical center, specializing in medical aesthetics, bio-identical hormone therapies, family medicine, and ultrasound services opening in March 2023.

Our new clinic is a joint venture between Printemps Clinic (medical aesthetics, bio-identical hormone therapies, family medicine) and Sonosimple clinic (private ultrasound examination services).

You will have an opportunity to demonstrate your organizational and client service skills and empower & elevate your career. A possibility to step up to a clinic administrator position once you demonstrate yourself as a reliable and motivated team member.

You will gain great experience working with both private aesthetics clients as well as patients receiving ultrasound examination services and family medicine services.

**Your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Greeting and registering patients upon arrival
- Ensuring the patients are comfortable
- Distributing and filing consent forms
- Explaining the clinic’s services, and answering questions (training will be provided)
- Scheduling patients
- Printing and scanning patient documents, sending and receiving faxes
- Processing payments
- Assist MD and ultrasound technologist with tasks and paperwork as needed
- Ensuring all necessary follow-up care has been arranged for the patient
- Managing inventories and communicating with suppliers
- Close interaction with the marketing team
- Fully bilingual in French and English (essential)
- Polite, punctual, organized, and positive
- Able to focus on multiple issues at once and prioritize
- Makes patients feel comfortable and attended to
- Eager to learn about medicine, aesthetics, and radiology (ultrasound)
- Has impeccable ethics in handling patients’ records and personal information
- Ideally has experience with our Electronic Medical Record system: medesync (Telus santé)
- Ideally has prior experience in the medical field and/or in radiology
- Loves and appreciates beauty and health

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Description complète du poste**

Vous vous joindrez à une nouvelle clinique au quatrième étage du centre médical de Westmount, spécialisée en esthétique médicale, en hormonothérapie bio-identique, en médecine familiale et en services d'échographie, qui ouvrira ses portes en mars 2023.

Notre nouvelle clinique est une aventure conjointe entre la clinique Printemps (esthétique médicale, hormonothérapie bio-identique, médecine familiale) et la clinique Sonosimple (services privés d'échographie).

Vous aurez l'occasion de démontrer vos compétences en matière d'organisation et de service à la clientèle et de donner de l'élan à votre carrière. Une possibilité d'accéder à un poste d'administrateur de la clinique lorsque vous aurez fait la preuve de votre fiabilité et de votre motivation en tant que membre de l'équipe.

Vous acquerrez une expérience enrichissante en travaillant avec des clients privés en esthétique ainsi qu'avec des patients recevant des services d'échographie et de médecine familiale.

Vos responsabilités seront, entre autres:

- Accueillir et enregistrer les patient(es) à leur arrivée
- S'assurer que nos patient(es) sont à l'aise et confortables.
- Distribuer et classer les formulaires de consentement.
- Faire connaître les services de la clinique et répondre aux questions (une formation sera fournie)
- Planifier les patients
- Imprimer et scanner les documents des patients, envoyer et recevoir des télécopies.
- Traiter les paiements
- Vérifier les courriels, les télécopies et le courrier
- Aider le médecin et le technologue en échographie à effectuer ses tâches et à remplir des documents, selon les besoins.
- S'assurer que tous les soins de suivi nécessaires ont été organisés pour le patient.
- Gérer les inventaires et communiquer avec les fournisseurs
- Interaction étroite avec l'équip
