**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and manage a territory sales strategy to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business leads and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, presenting advertising solutions tailored to client needs.
- Utilize territory management techniques to maximize coverage and effectiveness in the assigned area.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling advertising proposals that meet client objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Identify opportunities for upselling existing clients on additional advertising services or products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in territory sales and management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong cold calling abilities with an emphasis on building rapport quickly with potential clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in B2B sales environments is highly desirable.
- A strong interest and understanding of food, wine, spirits, culinary travel and luxury markets is an asset.
- Proficient in upselling techniques and understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
