We are currently seeking a Part Time Pastry Chef to assist the team. We are seeking approximately 16-24 hours per week. We have some flexiblity in scheduling and hours of work.

Kitchen Responsibilities:

- Lead by example to cultivate an honest, fun and ambitious kitchen culture.
- Support and manage prep for service; ensure all prep items and recipes are made to standard.
- Assist monitoring the receiving of all product to ensure it meets restaurant standards.
- Developing new menu items and ensure proper execution and roll out of any new additions.

Job Requirements:

- Post-Secondary culinary education an asset.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in upscale kitchen environment with progressive advancement demonstrated.

Compensation
- Hourly Rate from $24 per hour, and potentially higher based on experience.
- Medical and Dental Benefits following company policy for those working at least 24 hours per week.
