**The role**

The Junior Office Clerk provides essential administrative and clerical support to the office staff.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in office administration.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Order Entry**: Input, update, and maintain accurate records in the company’s System

**Assistance to Senior Staff**: Provide support to managers and other staff as needed, such as preparing reports or coordinating meetings.

**Maintenance**:Responsible for ensuring the showroom remains clean, organized, and well-presented at all times. Responsible for managing and maintaining the organization of samples.

**Qualifications**

Ø Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ø Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ø Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ø Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ø Positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Responsabilités clés**
- **Saisie des commandes**: Saisir, mettre à jour et maintenir des dossiers précis dans le système de l'entreprise.
- **Assistance au personnel senior**: Fournir un soutien aux gestionnaires et autres membres du personnel si nécessaire, comme préparer des rapports ou coordonner des réunions.
- **Entretien**: Responsable de veiller à ce que la salle d'exposition reste propre, organisée et bien présentée en tout temps. Responsable de la gestion et du maintien de l'organisation des échantillons.

**Qualifications**
- Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion multitâches.
- Bonnes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Attention aux détails et précision dans le travail.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Attitude positive et volonté d'apprendre.
