**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide support exporting information from various sources into excel reports
- Review required paperwork, ensure required documents and information is available, entering data for invoicing
- Supports the management of customers/vendors, setting up new accounts in the Company’s operational management system (OMS)
- Creates Purchase Orders, maintains Accounts payable for the branch, working with vendors in regards to payments
- Assist the Billing Department with customer invoicing
- Create sales orders in OMS
- Process credits and refunds on customer accounts
- Responsible for ad hoc internal reports and customer requested billing/invoicing reports
- Respond to incoming customer calls and transfer to the proper departments
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- College graduate in Office Administration / Accounting or similar area of study
- Must have previous experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Previous Accounting, Logistics and Waste Management experience is an asset
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and efficient
- You will be highly organized, efficient and have good attention to detail
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
