Key Responsibilities
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work, ensuring our fleet is always in top condition.
  • Perform general office duties, including dispatching personnel according to schedules and work orders.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment, utilizing dispatching equipment to process and transmit information.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 months of experience in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations is also necessary.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to our employees.

This is a full-time position, requiring on-site work. Please note that remote work options are not available for this role.
