**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking and marketing methods
- Developing new sales areas and markets
- Planning and directing marketing or advertising campaigns
- Collaborating with sales departments and other teams to meet targets
- Hiring, training, and managing junior salespeople, market researchers, copywriters, and other employees
- Creating sales presentations for potential clients
- Managing and preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Addressing client complaints or concerns
- Identify necessary collateral and proper sales tools for each product
- Work with marketing team to create collateral, key messaging, and digital strategy
- Build and drive a sales strategy
- Interact personally with customers
- Implement departmental procedures and workflows to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience
- Track status of new business and reasons for lost business with recommendations to the management team
- Identify effective use of telemarketing channels

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience as a business development manager, telemarketer or a relevant sales role
- Strong knowledge of sales pipelines and establishing proper tools and approaches to successfully grow event and delegate sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, work under pressure, and plan and organize sales presentations, meeting, marketing strategies, and more
- Knowledge in interpreting company financial data and the ability to analyze it
- Familiarity with social media, industry publications, and competitors of the company
- A good understanding of how market research works and what results mean for a business
- Knowledge in preparing company budgets
