Starting Salary: $28,000 to $30,000 annually, depending on experience

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Working on the schedule under the direction of the sales Manager to ahead schedule new field staff up on hiring.
- Handling schedule changes from clients daily alongside the sales manager
- Preparing complex payroll spreadsheet for bookkeeper
- Daily invoicing and accounts receivable
- Accounts payable, paying bills, entering into tracking system and scanning invoices and receipts to QBO
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
- Ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked, creating purchase order and ordering/shopping for supplies
- Maintaining supplies for field staff, putting laundry away, filling bottles etc.
- Taking sales calls and booking in clients, working closely with the sales team
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals
- Creating and maintaining documents in word and excel as assigned by owner and other members of the team.
- Liasing with technical support to resolve IT issues in office

**Requirements**:

- Two or more years of experience in an administrative assistant role
- Positive and upbeat personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks Online (QBO) at an intermediate or expert level
- Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed to accommodate business demands
- Ability to be “calm under pressure”
- Experience in the residential cleaning and/or home service will be considered an asset.
